100% of women experience menopause, yet 80% of doctors and health care practitioners are unprepared to provide the support, science, and resources you need during this time.
This leaves a massive gap in understanding the 20 year transition from perimenopause to menopause, which typically begins in your mid-30s and can last into your mid 50s. Women need support for both of these thresholds and transitions.
The truth is it’s your choice how to embrace your aging process.
What if menopause is your spiritual rebirth? Mid life and beyond is a transformative time in your life. It is an opportunity to let go what no longer serves , rediscover what nourishes you and where you want to focus your energy in relationships and life.
There are 135 menopausal symptoms. No one can tell you how you feel, because your body is unique to you. We’re all at different places in the aging spectrum and we need personal attention, customization, and support for and by women.

Welcome to Radiant Transformations
My name is Carley Hauck. I created this program for you. I had almost every challenge in my transition into menopause that went undiagnosed and untreated for years. As a result, I became an expert in the science, treatments, and modalities for healing. I developed this program so that you would never have to go through what I did. I am committed to serve as your menopause guide and midwife.
I received a Master’s in Clinical Health/Medical Psychology and served as a lead consultant on three NIH-funded clinical trials in neurobiology, health, and longevity at UCSF’s Osher Center for Integrative Medicine.
As a Senior Lecturer at Stanford University and Stanford School of Integrative Medicine, I have educated leaders at the intersection of mind-body health and human performance. I am passionate about helping women harness their power, purpose and leadership through menopause.
We learn, grow, and heal in community. Integrative medicine is having a team of skilled practitioners that are contributing to the unique person that you are with a psycho spiritual approach for wholeness and healing.
I have gathered important research, science based tools, tips, and collaborative practitioners to support you to simplify the transition to menopause and beyond. This program will help you to identify the root cause of your imbalance while restoring your health, power, and vitality.

Why Join?
I know from my own experience how difficult it was to get the proper education, healthcare, and integrative support for this transition. The fact is that 85% of women seeking help for menopause receive no hormone treatment, often only getting basic exams, no integrated healthcare support, and superficial solutions.
This transition is a critical window for prioritizing health to prevent future metabolic syndrome, dementia, heart disease, and bone loss. Additionally many of the strategies women relied on for maintaining weight, feeling balanced in mood and emotions, and good sleep are no longer working for them.
This program will change your experience and give you the research, healthcare solutions, and tools to optimize your nutrition, workouts, & stress resilience for thriving. Together, we’ll create a community of informed and resilient women who support each other to lead themselves and others with consciousness and vitality at work and in life.
The Transition into Menopause is the Great Awakener. It’s a call for us to wake up – both to who we truly are and to our responsibility for Life. Empowering women's health in mid life is critical for the flourishing of our society and planet.
