The Conscious Leadership Lab is a 6 week self-paced learning journey with live instructor-led workshops.

The Conscious Leadership Lab was designed to awaken first time and senior level leaders with an elevated set of skills to become more conscious and inclusive role-models.

The Conscious Leadership Lab

The experience starts with pre-work on conscious leadership foundations with reading Carley’s acclaimed book -Shine- Ignite your inner game to lead consciously at work and in the world.

The foundational offering includes the conscious leadership assessment and report to explore your opportunities for growth throughout the course. There will be interactive asynchonous learning and a private community to understand and practice concepts related to conscious inclusive leadership.
Each week will include video and audio tutorials, homework practices, and a live workshop to capstone that weeks learning objective in community with your peers.  As a premium member, you can upgrade your membership to receive  powerful personalized coaching session with Carley to customize this course to your unique gifts and goals.  See more below.
