Join Carley Hauck, is an HR and leadership partner, author and Senior Lecturer on leadership and business at Stanford University and International Business Schools. Carley's purpose and passion is to inspire and catalyze a people and sustainability first culture and workplace. Carley is committed to empowering the leaders of today with the skills they need to lead and flourish in these complex times. Carley has over 15 years of expertise in partnering with C suite leadership on the people agenda with companies including: LinkedIn, Capital One, Genentech, Pixar, Advent Health, non profits, and high growth startups.

Structure

The Conscious Leadership Lab

The experience starts with pre-work on conscious leadership foundations with reading Carley’s acclaimed book -Shine- Ignite your inner game to lead consciously at work and in the world.

You will complete the conscious leadership assessment and receive your professional report to explore your opportunities for growth. There will be asynchronous/synchronous learning to understand concepts related to conscious inclusive leadership.
Each week will include video and audio tutorials, homework practices, and group coaching to capstone that weeks learning objective in community with your peers. 

You will receive a personalized executive coaching session to align your unique gifts and goals to achieve meaningful change.
